Hey,
This past week we did a 1,550 poly tech t order. 6 color front, 5 color back. With seps and film output, screens, set ups, printing, poly bagged into 6 packs, and into divided labelled boxes we were at 11 hours. For the post press stuff we are all hands on, no machines. Just flip folds to help. For anything over a thousand pieces we usually partner up with our friends business down the street (they are a logistics company and they do packaging. everything from shirts to books to whatever. they just did 25 million key chains) but this time it was a rush job with no notice. I was very happy as we did several other jobs that day and did not miss a beat according to schedule. Just curious to any of the other fellow poly baggers and hang taggers out there as to where they would be and also what machinery they would be rocking such as the Omni bagger. You should see our friend's logistics company and their table space in one of their warehouses. It's crazy!
