FilmMaker V3 and ink pooling
«

I am running FM3 and I am getting ink pooling on the film. I have tried turning down the max ink, all the way down to 5% and it hasn't affected the density at all.
Any ideas before I shell out $75 on a tech support call?

My version 2 does that occasionally and I choose the default and fixes itself. This is on erosion 1900

max ink does not do what you think it does. . .
the droplet size, resolution and percentage setting in the variable dot option are used to control the deposit. Call me and I'll walk you through the right settings . . .

Pierre got me up and running. I was headed in the wrong direction. The correct setting is under variable dot setup. I was on Gray 3 @ 90% and I should have been on Gray 2 @ 90%.
Thanks pierre.
