Hey!! We are a busy manual shop at the moment but have done little to no advertising.....I am thinking of adding a salesman to my company. My question is what kind of compensation or percentage scales should we be looking at when dealing with an in house sales person. I'm not much into sales myself, but I have a few guys in mind from my other business I own that can really talk the talk. I think we could easily be an auto shop in months. What do you think? (Space is not an issue because I own a tractor trailer repair shop as well and we've taken over one of the bays and converted it to a screen shop. More than enough room for an auto or two
