Sim. Process shirt we just finished
« on: November 09, 2012, 03:58:29 PM »
I do a lot more 4 color process than simulated.  I know it's not as good as some of you could produce, but it's about the best I could do with it.  The gold is a little stronger than I liked.  The shirt color is ice gray.

The plastisol colors and mesh counts are:  230/White underbase
                                                                   305/Black
                                                                   305/Red
                                                                   305/Gold
                                                                   305/Top white

Other than that all I can say is "Thank God for football or we'd be dead in the water"
It's not a job if you love doing it.

Nothin' wrong with that. That's quite a bit of detail in those faces for being so small. I think the guy, third row from the back, seven from the left, in front of the girl with the glass eye has a booger hanging out of his nose. :P

Aw shucks, I could do that if'n I wanted too!!!! I've just never wanted too!

Ahem....

Seriously nice 4CP, man. I've only printed a handful of these, and none of them were as good as this. I lost a custy over one of them, but that's another story.
