Pallet storage

Somebody was asking about this the other day. Here what I had made. This way they don't stick together. Theres a few of these around the shop. When we need them they get put on a smaller cart and off they go. We have a ridiculous amount of types shapes and sizes but the come in handy.

what about the upside down one sticking to the wood? I have shelves that i could put them on but the sticking to the shelf was one of my concerns.

Not a problem because there is no weight issue. Also pellon can be used underneath but it usually isn't necessary.

I keep wanting to build a screen cart type setup for our pallets. Haven't seem to found the time though.

Get some parchment paper   http://www.walmart.com/ip/Reynolds-Genuine-Parchment-Paper-30-sf/11027109    in the baking section of your local dept store. Nothing sticks to it, mahes a great cover sheet for heat pressing too and leaves a smooth and non-shiny finish.
We also use it when we are replacing the pallet tape on our plattens to keep the entire sheet from sticking down until we slide the parchment paper out little by little.

all of my M&R pallet are 22" long so I got a screen rack and made a rolling pallet rack.
