Very impressive indeed. The best I've ever done was back in the 80s on Precision Versa-ovals. 1,100 pcs per hour front and back. Granted it was one color f/b and it took 11 people per auto. Double index.Load/load/index/index/print/print/flash/flash/unload/unload/load/load/print/print/flash/flash/unload/unload. 3 million shirts. When we were done everything and everyone was colored in Newport Green.Alive with Pleasure!

I have to brag about my team the last two days. We've had a huge order that we are getting incredible numbers on each day. Today we hit 25,948 impressions with just 3 automatics in a 9 hour shift. Gauntlet 2 had 6,100 imprints today with 2 set-ups, Alpha 8 in double index mode hit 12,348 and our Challenger III banged out 7,500 prints. Could not pull this kind of production without M&R's.
