The Finest Cold Peel Transfer Paper for Multi Color?

I've ran Trans 105 for awhile and it's pretty good but just plain curls too much for serious multi-color work.   I'm looking for the best, cost is irrelevant.  Anyone know what tree I should be barking up?

We do use cheaper paper for all the single color stuff and that's no problem but I want some seriously dimensionally stable paper on hand for multi color going onto caps, preferably 13x19 or thereabouts.  It's just really hard to nail the reg on a UB in this scenario with the paper warping so much so I want to solve that.  We do pre-warm sheets, work quickly, store properly, etc. to combat those issues but it hasn't been enough to drop a respectable top color over a white UB to go on darks without a lot of choking.  I did consider outsourcing the multi color transfers but, we can do better with it in house, we're all setup for it.

Of all papers we tested T105 is most flat  and most dimensionally stable. You should try to work with polyester film. If you use transfers for hats mostly cost increase will not be too high.
Important points to get maximum registration with paper:
- humidity 50-60% at all times! This is most important
-keep paper in same room for several days before job.
-always print on top, never flip it( i know it's coated on both sides)
- take care about temp. in dryer. If you always use powder you will not notice overcuring. With exception of some polyurethan powders high temp. will not harm them. But paper will get curly and fibres damaged.

We print 50x70 cm sheets with reg. within 0,2-0,3mm on T105

Thanks Boris. Humidity would be our issue then.  I will see what I can do about that.
