We dont exactly do it this way but at Harlequin we had carts special made that held the screens at the bottom, inks on top, a hanger for press set up directions and sample, and a ring to hold 5-gal bucket with fresh squeegees/floodbars. When tearing down an identical cart is in place to accept all the "dirty" parts and went to a designated area to be cleaned, etc. This way the press ops just needed to concentrate on set-up.
