Thats a good price. They last for years. I currently have one thats about 15 years old or do. (Not that exact one). If it is not accurate, usually, it's just zeroing it out again and back in business. I sold one a long time ago and regret it. I forget what I got out of it but it was around $150.00 I think. This one seems to have a wider base. I think that would be better. I would imagine that you'd get a more accurate reading. Not sure on that tho. Brand new, I think they run like $300-$600.00

I'll vouch for that.  I don't need one as I already have one (different brand), but it's a good deal.  And a "must=have" if you're stretching your own screens.
