I think I snatched mine up for 150 shipped on DS.

I'd have to double check the model but it does have the "taller" scale (doesn't stop at like 55 or whatever).

How many of you send your meter in to be calibrated. I have had 2 of these and they were about a newton or 2 apart. One was a year old and the other was maybe 6 or 7 years old. From its calibration date. I don't see the point to send them in to be calibrated. You really only need it to check when one screen is too low compared to the others.

I got one for $150 and the other was  in a deal with some rollers I sold it for 150.

I'm with you SG... I brought mine to Alan's shop, he has a "special" one like the one pictured by Dennis and mine was within 2 newtons of his I think.  I'm good with that. ;)

These go up to 130 neutons for those who require that! But it appears they are both sold. Sorrry didn't mean to put a sales post here I was going to put these on DS but I'd rather sell them to some buds and I believe the price was right. I hate haggling. I will have some oversize newmans, light tables, and a lot of steel carts up for sale later but I'll put those in the right place.

Not that anyone asked, but I have two. I use one daily on every screen. I use the other one, still new, to make sure the daily used one is accurate. If I have to adjust more than 6-8 Newtons on the glass to get it back to zero, I'll send it in. Screen tension is important to me. I am a SCREEN printer.

Us plastisol guys need tension meters :)
