It's getting better, we are going to move our exposure unit and such out in the warehouse soon.  Removing some racks out there that are not that useful currently.  Making space for one of our other employees to have a desk/space so she can learn digitizing and become even more independent with embroidery.

are you going to build a room for screens, or just a cabinet and expose them in the warehouse?

We expose every day in the inside light, the warehouse is actually poorly lit compared to inside.  No intentions of building a screen room, screens will come out of our cabinets onto the exposure unit.  Wash out is done in seconds after burn.

cool.  i tend to prefer rooms since it keeps things better organized.  i want to build an ink room as well eventually.  it's what I grew up with though.

nice shop.  I like the shape, ours is long and narrow...makes it hard to fit a decent press in it.  plenty of room, it's just not shaped right.

darryl, get yourself a couple MG midgets, they fit just about anywhere.  I restored mine in the warehouse. ;)

Brad we have the same issue our place is long and narrow, our industry really requires a more square lay out. Something we will always keep in mind for the future if and when we move.

i am not moving anytime soon.  My dad owns the building and it was understood I would stay here.  I can take over the other offices if needed and convert them to warehouse space or move things around if needed.
