Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas Edison
I'll probably be sorry about this post, and/or should have put it in the cage, but since you asked; Even if I'm slingin' ink that day, I'll adjust my soundtrack. I'll fire up the Woody Guthrie, and Tom Morello and maybe Bruce and some others who understand and respect the folks that this day is meant to honor. Like May 1 around the world, this is the day of the workers! Those who really built this country. Not the owners, or the bosses, the CEO's, the bankers, or the military-industrial complex, but the ones who sweated and put their backs into it. The ones who when banded together in solidarity to better their conditions have been beaten and shot down, sometimes with the aid of this very country's military, under the orders of the same folks who now enjoy the day off and may even spout labor platitudes while standing around the grill.
Alan, maybe if you would stop letting cajuns invade your shop you could get some work done!
