I think Brad here has shown us why he is held in such a high esteem by his customers! 'wish there were more ppl like him running the businesses we all interact with on daily bases and are glad to have him as a member of our little corner of the interwebs.
If there are no objections, I'd like to lock this thread up as it has gone waaaay on a tangent and the issues raised here have already been moved to a different post (at least somebody said they were going to start a new topic). So if somebody has a reason why this should be dug back up, please PM me!
