4.00 per gal x 45 gal per year = 180.00, which translates to around 90 t-shirts I could then turn and sell for +/-  5.00 profit each for a potential profit of 450.00 +/-. . . .rough estimates of course.

nobody answered the phone at harpo. .. :-\

However, I think it was the autsol PLUS 8000 that takes the cake for the best emulsion when price isn't a factor. which in reality, price should be the last factor to consider. if at all.

At around 1 gallon/month (but growing fast) Autosol 8000 is what we're using. We do about 80% Plasitisol and 20% "other" including mostly solvent based epoxy, vinyl, glass and rubber inks. It does everything well and some things excellently.

Water based/discharge coming soon....

I win. Just turned 40.  Man I wish I knew where you were a couple months ago. I was at Talladega and Birmingham and would have loved to have hooked up for a brew.

Now that's not a nice way to treat your elders now is it.. lol!  ;D

Kind of neat that after all these years.. autosol products are still some of the cheapest and best products on the shelves. We all went running after the latest and greatest while they waited for us to go full circle.
