entry level vinyl cutter info needed

Shanarchy:
Hey gang,

I'm looking to invest in a small vinyl cutter. Something to be able to cut numbers, letters, etc to heat press on shirts. And also be able do do window lettering/decals, small signs, etc.

I'm looking for something relatively cheap so I can test these waters to see if it is a fit for my business. I was planning on getting a 24" plotter/cutter. I'd like to get in as cheap as possible, but do not want to waste a few hundred dollars on unusable garbage. I was considering the following two, anyone have any feedback on these? Is there a different brand I should consider? Is there something cheaper that I should consider?

Thanks!

I did some research lately, and I have heard pretty good things about this guy http://www.heatpressnation.com/gcc-expert-24-lx-vinyl-cutter-plotter-contour-cutting.html

It is an entry level, but you said that you are looking for that. The ones you have listed, are not really an "entry level" cutters :)

But like was posted I would go with at least a GCC Expert 24
