Font help needed

Ok, anyone have any ideas?  I have hit the usual places to search for this font and can't seem to come up with what it is.  I have found some that are close but not close enough.  Any and all help is appreciated.  It is kind of a small and crappy sample.  Thanks in advance.

Thank you for playing name that font.  We found what it was and it turns out to be an embroidery font.
