I buy through Westar Solutions but it mostly comes direct from Murakami for the fancy S meshes we like.  They have good bolt stock of the standard threads and good pricing.

380 and 420?  What are y'all printing with those mesh counts?

Eic:  Most people printing UV cureable screen inks are using 380T for half tones / 4CP and 355 for line colors or over print clears.

I'd suggest staying away from the 420T's unless you're doing high line count +85LPI halftones / 4CP

Thanks for the tip! i still want to try some out just to see how it handles. For the most part i think i'll be using 355 and 380s, i just want to know what my options are!

$10

Per mesh count or total.  For example, if I want 2 yards of 110/80, 2 yards of 160/64 and 2 yards of 305/39 is it $10 total or $30?

I've used some of Sonny's mesh and it has performed pretty good.  Aside from the 280 being labeled as 180, and the 180 labeled as 280, it was a good buy.  I busted 2 of the 280's because I thought they were 180 and took them up too high.  The 305 has not relaxed much at all and has retained it's tension through 2 production cycles so far.

$10 per cut.  So in your example $30.
