We have the Livingston device for this, makes it very easy. I forget the name, Leg Champ maybe? Anyway, over in a day...

only one color, we would run it on the auto anyway, artwork permitting of course. one stroke and done.

How do you prevent the one layer of slick poly from sliding over the other layer of slick poly? Most 2 ply shorts I see are poly.

doesn't matter, one stroke of ink - done. no sliding.  IF the art allows of course. the material sticks up into the screen so a slow operation is needed but still works just fine. we ran some jerseys like this not too long ago. . . with my fav 110 mesh in fact. ;D
yep, jay thats how i do them also.. 1 color only..simple, fast and never had a complaint.

Wanted to update this. Our manual printer just went a head and ran these she did all 650 of them in a little over 6hrs. We ended up putting it on a 110 screen and one swipe was all it neede so no flash time.

But we are going to look into the embroidery hoops for possible future jobs.
