Accurip tiling issue

Anyone ever see this?  This happens when printing multi colors with Accurip Large format.
The first color prints fine, then the 2nd color only prints a small 3" section of the film, and all of the rest of the colors are missing.

This only happens occasionally when using 24" media, but when I am using 44" media it happens every time, so I am forced to print the films 1 by 1.

JBLUE:
I have had it happen when I use sheets instead of the role. If I walk away and let it sit waiting for another sheet it will do it every once in a while. I dont know WTF causes it. I was thinking a memory issue with the printer but I dont know.
