American Apparel Neon 50/50 Tees with white!
« on: June 14, 2012, 05:44:05 PM »
I've been having a TON of client requests for the American Apparel Neon BB401 Tees, but they all want white print! i've been having horrible bleeding issues with these!

can anyone recommend a white i can use that will hav a soft hand? Only thing i've had luck with is the Union Poly White, and that ink feels so thick even through a 230 or 305!

Clear or white discharge? and that will help with the hand, but not the bleeding correct?

either or, and yes, it will help with the hand.  I printed some of the yellow ones, they are terrible bleeders.  The pink wasn't bad surprisingly.

Orange is the worst. I discharge underbase to release some of the dye then overprint with the Union or Wilflex poly whit which is reduced with a fashion or chino. Still pretty heavy hand but thats the best I can do for now.
