For the one's that remember John aka private label
« on: May 22, 2012, 08:37:36 PM »
Talk about a blast from the past.

He called me today about some last minute shirts for a friend of his that his printer had let him down on.

Not to go into great detail...he lost his Mom and Dad is in trouble. This getting old stuff just sucks.

He buys and sells used generators on a massive scale now. FYI bought everything AT&T had and is just one of his customers.

He said to tell Everyone Hi and he misses us all...well almost everyone. ::)

Jay you would have gone more crazy than I did.

He is having to sign permissions forms to talk to his Dads Dr's and one of them is making him fly "back" down to where his Dad is to sign one.

He could not pre-sign one....Damn Dr's

Actually, I think that his dad would have needed to sign some sort of power of attorney or health directive. Otherwise, most stuff is confidential and the doctor's hands are somewhat tied.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

It's good to hear he's well, but losing your folks is pretty tough, especially when it's hard going. One needs to be a little philosophical at this point, so one doesn't go crazy.

Andy he is POA but the way I took it is the forms have to have both sig's on them and for each Dr and can't all happen on the same day and after that it takes a few days and also to give out info over the phone.

I don't know for sure...so I will shut up now about it.

It was good talking to him though and for the most part...he was as crazy as ever.
