Which do you prefer. Electric or LPG?

Gerry check your local laws. Cal OSHA has limitations on space and whether or not it can be an electric or gas inside. You will also need to get certified to operate it and anyone else that drives it will also need to be certified. In California it will cost you a ton of money if your not and there is even the smallest of accidents with a forklift. Not to mention that even on company time you are still personally liable for an accident above and beyond an employers insurance.

We use electric. Never run out of LPG.
Not a lot of miles, more up and down.
3 wheel standup crown.
3 k weight caps

Good point. Strange thing is I never thought about because my last job never had anyone certified and OSHA never visited in the 7 years I worked there.

Electric. We have 2 floors. A mzzanine in production and admin on the otherside. We would be crippled without it. Ditto on the OSHA comments. They were here in december but we had everything ready.

  Electric only indoors in Florida. Re-certification every 3 years. We have a certified instructor
on staff at our main office.
