Removing Vinyl
Prosperi-Tees:
What is the process for removing vinyl from a t-shirt. I have a small slit in a letter that could be salvaged if I could pull off the letter.
sweetts:
I have used acetone from the back of the shirt it works well

Do you just rub it on or spray it on?
Frog:
Get some of Gilligan's Methylene Chloride, or Acetone, or what I use, Spotting Fluid. I spray or dab.
Interestingly, depending on the particular material, some do well from the front, some from the back.
It's not unusual to get a bit of a ghost, but that is not an issue when replacing with the same letter or shape.
Otherwise, I find that rubbing briskly with a clean rag dampened with the solvent helps.
sweetts:
I use it from the back spray then Peel if there is adhesive let on the shirt just rub it with no lint towel or sponge rub rub works great
