Cheap vinyl backpacks. Can you heat press vinyl on vinyl?

Frog:
read the specs on your heat film. Or, when in doubt, try one.

Can they take 300-330 for however long the material needs?

Prosperi-Tees:
I will just have to try one and melt one possibly lol.

Frog:
There may also be cold adhesive films that work.
