Sounds like she will also expect you to tally the totals. At any rate, when this is asked of me, I show them, or give a copy of my invoices to show the format I use when ordering. They can then tailor it to their own needs and add their own graphics if desired.
By having their orders similarly laid out to mine, it makes it easier for both of us to see the totals and plug them into my invoice.
Nothing is worse than, rather than just giving me the bottom line, and telling my how many smalls, mediums, etc, they come in with a list that tells each person's size and quantity.
Wait, I take that back. Worse is when they sit there and make phone calls asking sizes!
In case I have completely confused you or not answered your question, no, I've never made a client a sales sheet per se, but I have suggested a template for them to use for them and, more importantly for me, list their totals.
