Problem with Diamondback Print Head

Am I smart enough to not attempt more than I am physically capable of?  Usually, but at least when I do, both I and my wife lay there with grins on our faces for a while.

I think you may of changed the front prox and it may be the back prox. Our service manager left you a pm to call him to verify.

you are correct this does not explain the air leak. That may be the cylinder but this problem is related to the prox or valve. In my opinion its the prox.

I know I am over analyzing it but that leak does not sound like its running through a valve. It does not have the same tone. That sounds like a line or a cylinder that is leaking. Let us know what it is. My money is on the valve or sensor. Should be a quick trouble shoot.

Saw the same problem on an old Trident SVX, and that was the issue...

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I talked with M&R on the phone for a long time this morning and found the problem. My knucklehead Press Operator turned on Flocker on the head while he was trying to move the squeegy forward, that is why it would not print. What the Flock, at least it is working again.

That was my next guess. 

One of my favorite things is when somebody cranks the squeegee speed all the way down and the head stops at the end of the flood and won't move.  Take a few minutes to figure that one out.
