Corel Draw question
« on: March 13, 2012, 01:40:51 PM »
I did a Photoshop spot-color channel sep and my client is trying to import it into Draw, but isn't getting the spot colors.

Been a while since I've opened Draw. What should he be doing to import either a PSD or DCS2.0 and print the seps?

Thanks!

The last time I went back and forth between the two programs, I created a new file for each of the spot channels.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

Scott  shoot me a email. He should be able to just import the PSD channel separations into DRAW and see everything in the advanced print options.

THanks Richard, I sent you an email.

Quick question... does Draw sometimes have problems with certain colors, like spot white, for example?

I never got a email. Searched my spam folder as well.  Most likely it has to do with the naming of the colors.  I will shoot you a email and see if you want to crop the sep file to like a 5x5 area and send so I can see what is happening.
