Toilet gel discharge...wtf?

OK, I read somewhere that a guy printed clorox toilet bowl gel as his discharge base and it works.  I thought it was a joke, and then I read on another message board where another guy was doing the same thing.  Anyone know about this?

Why wouldn't bleach make a "whitish image". They've used it on jeans for purpose, and who hasn't screwed up a pair or a shirt themselves?
We talked about it back on TSPMB a few years back, just with a thick bleach, maybe this stuff.

I asked my wife about clorox gel and she showed it to me at walmart, its a blue gel used to clean toilets.  It might work.

How do you stop the bleach from eating the fabric. Raw bleach on jeans destroys the cotton. Does flashing it stop the bleaching action or something?

I've done it, it just bleached the shirt, nothing special. . .makes black turn brown. . . . I've also printed with melted chocolate on top of rice crispy treats. . that's was badass.

Homer, Is the Gel  diluted and a lot weaker than regular bleach?

My buddy is from Honduras and his brother-in-law has a LARGE shop out there and they make their own emulsion (or at least did at one point... from him telling me how big his shop is I have a hard time believing that they are half assing it now.

I remember it working rather well, this was about 4 years ago. You can also use regular bleach and a gelatin - like non flavored jello for a thickening powder. . I'm not saying do this because it is pretty stupid -but if you want to mess around with stuff, there ya go. ketchup, mustard -they always leave a stain. . mud. . . . .I liked printing with chocolate the best -that was a challenge. . .got to eat the mistakes.

@ Homer hey how about printing chocolate on some edible panties....hey that gives me a idea I live about 5 miles from a strip club might have to see if I can do some work for them.

I'm telling your wife. . my wife makes cakes on the side, my sister in law makes cookie baskets and such, for this Christmas I want to have her make baskets for my top 10 customers, I'll screen up some cookies with their logos on it. . .in my spare time haha. . .
