I think that is the sleeve print they are curing but it had me thinking the same thing!

i notice the puller takes the extra steps to get to the dryer
you can compensate for that by bring it little closer to the oven
that way he doesn`t just throw the garments on the belt

Gerry you may be right about a sleeve print if that is so then he is potentially dragging the print up the side of the oven every time, but the best part watch the last shirt you see he tosses on he covers part of the other print the other unloaded just put on, sloppy lol

Give me a time code because I just don't see it.

Guy on the Falcon (left side of screen) is printing sleeves.  He gets close to covering another print but I don't think he ever did.

I do think the guy (on the right) was either trying to be cool on camera throwing those shirts or is just asking for trouble.

I think they are being sloppy because of the steps they have to take to the dryer and have to rush back to get the next shirt, they should move those presses over about a foot or so.

Strange I reached the vid and the part where I seen the sleeve print overlay the other print is not there anymore oh well

You guys are funny. I think it’s great that your trying to help them be more productive. I really don't think they need the help. They are printing 900 shirts an hour. As far as the shirt being on top of another I don't know if you could even tell 100% from that camera angle.

Nothing like 'know it all' comments from the peanut gallery.
I'm sorry the camera angle is misleading, but none of those shirts are covering uncured prints.
I am really amazed I've made it this far without your input.
I'd bet $$$ that job accounts for 6 months of work for you, Mike.  Just sayin.
