Had a problem on the puter...I use zone alarm...had two choices...take to Best Buy for 4 or 5 days or use there online service.
$170 for 1 year and had to send 3 hours on the phone with India and then a guy took control of my computer.
It was amazing for me to watch him work. Everything on screen and many times had to be approved by me.
Now fixed so it worked for me and I thought I would share.
