Radicure Dryer 10/14
« on: October 14, 2013, 09:21:03 AM »
Case Study in service...  10/14

Our big Radicure did not fire up this morning.
AL 3 error message.

We have a few thousand shirts on deck, due tomorrow.
I went straight into panic mode.

Called M&R SERVICE and we were up and running in around 5 minutes.

I hope this helps with any lingering equipment purchasing questions that any of you might have.

Hey John, for anyone with same equipment, can you share the details? Might save someone a few grey hairs down the road.

Hi Dave...

AL3 alarm

We ran the obligatory test for all breakers in the Panel.
C1 & C2 - one of which controls the exhaust. Was as simple as re-setting the breaker..
Although C1 & C2 don't appear to be normal breakers, they did need to be re-set.

A good one to have enter into the dryer log book.
