Embroidery Questions

Figure I'd get this place started with its first topic--If anyone has any embroidery questions, i'll do my best to answer them :)  We use a SWF 1502 and a SWF 601, and i do all of our digitizing for Flat work, Applique, Hats (front/back) and 3d puff foam.
