Ahoi,

i also inherited three cups of Wilflex WPCFS Oasis PC..

I figured it is waterbased and used for coloring discharge base?

I didnt test it yet, but what makes me wonder: it is very liquid.. other pigments i have, are more solid.

And the second question.. why would i need black pigments for discharge?

Rockers:
Most waterbased pigments are liquid. Matsui pigments are all liquid or low viscosity. Same for Magna Color pigments, all low viscosity liquids.
You will need black pigments to match pantone colors.
