Embroidering a side logo on hats and front all in one file
« on: January 17, 2025, 03:11:16 PM »
Can anyone share a file with me so I can try and grasp how to set up an embroidery file that stitches the fronts of hats and then goes to the side and stitches something else.  We've done it separately in the past but I would love to learn how to do it the correct way.  EMB or DST would be great.

I sent 2, one with a single side, and one with both sides.

Thank you.  That definitely helps me visualize it...now on to testing.

I've found we have to rotate the side logo by1-3 degrees, depending on the logo and the hat.  A couple samples and you can dial it in.

It's a huge time saver.
