Eco-Frames or Shur-loc Ez

Anyone using these? Good or bad? As a side note I might give the Print Grip sheets another try. After watching a few videos I probably didn't give it a fair try.

we use the Shur-Loc EZ and the endurance panels.

pro - speed of meshing and remeshing - its a fraction of the time when we used to stretch roller frames.  we dont take as much time on training the employee, its a lot faster to train remeshing on the shur loc. mesh is more consistent from frame to frame compared to roller frames.  pockets are awesome on the shur loc - coating is faster, no emulsion pouring off the frame because the person stretching the frame made the pocket to large.

con - theres a bit of water in the channels, we end up using a 2x4 on the floor and prop up one side of the frame so it drains out.  also, we use the i-Image and the glue on the endurance panel creates a bit of resistance on the pusher frame - just enough to be annoying if you are used to roller frames that glide in and out of the machine - same with coating -  edges of the coater drag on the edges of the glue - just enough to be annoying, but the pockets are tiny compared to a roller frame so i dont mind.

im sure i could think of some more - these are the ones that stick out in my head. overall they are a great frame/mesh - not too heavy, mesh easy to work with, mesh selection is great, fast to assemble, clean/remesh.

I was using the Shur-Loc Easy frames for a while. I am currently phasing them out. I find statics are plenty good for what we are doing. As I am getting older I prefer not reclaiming the ez frames. They are much heavier. I only run about  30 - 40 screens a week and almost always do the reclaim myself. I find statics much easier to deal with. Not to mention I get restretching done for less than the cost of a panel...
