AVIENT K2928 FLAME RETARDANT CONCENTRATE

Does anybody use this and who sells it buy the gallon. hoping to use on DFND’s Fire Fx performance shirts union mix-o white and maxo brite red.
Suggestion for better product and printing on these particular items. No problem with poly.
