screen registration template
« on: August 27, 2024, 02:53:00 PM »
Does anyone have a vector template for registering screens? I am trying a new exposure unit that has not markers or stops. I have been using triloc for so long that I am having trouble remembering how we used to do it. I have seen a few things like the pic attached online but I want to play today… I don’t want to wait for shipping.
Thanks,
Matt

2' t-square  mark center and l/c with black marker then measure down to what you want to use for height. i go center of my reg mark and set my height so i am 4" down on front and 4-5 on back.

Here's what I use. It's based on the template from Texsource.
I have clear tape on the exposure unit to line up the film and screen.
Top reg marks are where the squeegee starts to print. I have that and the center line marked on one pallet to line up screens.
Bottom reg marks are grouped on a layer, so I can slide them to the art size.

Hope that helps.

Thank you. I appreciate it. This is exactly what I had in mind!
