It was there. Had the thing shipped to the states for the show. The printer was fast, but only runnning at half speed. The printer works on 240 volts but the booth setup only had 110 volts. Took them a while to get it setup on the voltage but had it printing flawlessly. Good quality print. Not in my price range but I'm sure there is someone out there that will take advantage of this printer. It's a beast
