I have to promote this business as Don, a member here, has gone beyond the normal level of service with me.
I have always gotten great service, and a really reliable product, but once again, today, Don stepped up with some extra help on a job for which I had sent a buggy file, and risked missing a deadline.

I'll second this, Andy, we send him a lot of orders, and usually have them in the morning. If there are any problems, they get addressed. The last time an order came in wrong, was because I ordered it wrong, LOL.
