Biz for sale
« on: January 17, 2012, 11:45:47 AM »
Established (25 plus years) sign shop for sale in the Charlotte vicinity.
I've had it for 6 years focusing mainly on screen printing.
Very busy shop in growing Lake Norman area.
Retiring in 2 or 3 years, must sell between now and then.
No reasonable offer refused, terms available.

For those who might not know, Lake Norman is a very affluent type of area. Probably a good area for a service.

Socalfmf, I bought the place 6 years ago for 65K, I'd like to get near that upon leaving.
To add to DotToneDans comment, yes- this area is the home to many of the NASCAR folks.
The weather is mild, summers are gorgeous, mountains and shore are a short drive, or stay home and play on the lake.
