HIRING FOR MULTIPLE POSITIONS:
Auto screen printing and embroidery shop in Huntsville Alabama is hiring for multiple positions.
1, Operations Manager.
Three (3) years of screen print industry related management experience required. We offer the opportunity to play a major role in the development and growth of the company and direction. General responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Overseeing the general operation of the company and orders in process, building maintenance, Development of processes and procedures for the continuous improvement of the flow of operations. New customer acquisition, Customer relations, In shop customer service as needed, Order entry/blanks/processing, Invoicing, Info to Payroll, Accounts payable/receivable, Employee hire/termination, Employee development, and Employee time documentation, Maintaining operations and supplies. Fill in as needed where applicable to achieve completion of an order on time.
Pay negotiable based on experience.

2, Auto press operator:
Two (2) year minimum experience. Long hair, no hair, don’t care. Must be able to work with others, be a team player, teach others and allow other to rise with you.

3, Embroidery Assistant/TechSew 830 Sewing Machine operator:
13 heads of Embroidery operations using Barudan machines. Some industrial sewing experience required. Applying digitized files on mostly hats and apparel product. Occasional leather patches to hats. We also have a TechSew machine typically used for hand guiding and stitching leather/thicker applications onto items such as hats and jackets. Part time, Full time, available or temporary assignment available.
Pay negotiable based on experience.

4, Creative concept artist/Illustrator.
Three (3) Years minimum experience. Artist must poses creative design skills as well as Illustration skills. Experience with Desert Race vehicles or auto/race Illustration is a major +. Color separation skills are not required but are welcomed. We need someone that is able to jump in and start designing using the Adobe creative suite.
Pay negotiable based on experience.

5, CSR (Customer Service Representative.
Some related experience required. This person should expect to learn the industry buying practices, work face to face with customers, guiding the customer in the appropriate choice for their needs, blank item ordering and research, order entry into our system, Follow the pricing structure we have provided, Follow the processing and status of the order, update the customers as needed and assure customer satisfaction. Invoicing and accounts receivable.
Pay negotiable based on experience.
