FlexStyle® Signatures is the latest PVC patch offered by World Emblem that provides a unique way to decorate apparel or hard goods providing a distinctive look that incorporates three-dimensional texture in a legible but ornamental script.
Well-known designers, athletes and celebrities signatures are only a few ways this new product can be used as a standalone decoration on a pocket, collar or hem or combined with a larger image and used as identification of the brand or an autograph.
A completely custom heat-applied graphic, you submit the actual signature of the chosen person, and World Emblem turns it into a FlexStyle emblem. It comes on a clear carrier sheet that can be heat sealed to cotton, polyester or cotton/polyester apparel in 15-20 seconds. Or it comes with a pressure-sensitive backing that will adhere to any clean, flat, dry surface. It’s offered in three finishes: metallic, nonmetallic and clear in a variety of colors.
Dimensions of the patch can range from ½ inch by ½ inch up to 5.75 inches by 5.75 inches. Depending on the complexity of the design, the thickness is approximately 2 mm. Upon artwork approval, a mold is made in one day, and samples take two days plus shipping. Production time is typically five days plus shipping.
