Press is in excellent working order, clean, with new pallet rubber and shoulder boards.
This is an all heads down press
Working diameter is approximately 8 foot 4 inches diameter. Fully assembled weight 750 pounds.
Press is currently transport ready, print head assemblies and pallet assemblies are unbolted from the center bearing column. Each assembly is complete ready for 4 bolt reattachment . Reassembly requires only a single 9/16 wrench, estimated re-assembly time is less than 1 hour
VASTEX INFREDRED CONVEYOR DRYER VASTEX ECNORED-1
30 inch conveyor dryer is clean ready for work. This unit has never been operated above an 800 degree panel temp setting.
The conveyor belt is less than 1 year old and in excellent condition.
Power requirement is 220V single phase, 16 amps for the heater and 110 for the variable speed belt drive.
Assembled weight is @ 165 pounds disassembles for easy transport
VASTEX SCREEN EXPOSURE UNIT
Unit is in excellent working order, clean and has a new vacuum blanket .
This is a fluorescent tube unit with a 40 watt tube up grade option when purchased.
Vacuum pump and original glass are in excellent shape. The black squares on the glass are rubber pads used to protect the glass from the metal screen frame contact damage.
Some extra 40 watt fluorescent tubes are included
