Massive rise in price for Fujifilm Texcharge ink?

(1/3) > >>

Raw Paw:
Hello there...

So I was wondering if anyone else had a supplier for Fujifilm Texcharge discharge inks?  The only two colors we use are Red BS and Red YS.  Our current supplier just let us know there was a price increase, and now 1 gallon of the Red YS is over $300...  (we were paying around $65)

This can't be right... and if it is, I guess we need to switch inks?  It's a real pain though because we spent what felt like ages trying to fix an issue with our discharge red, and after trying a ton of different brands we concluded Texcharge inks give by far the most vivid discharge red on black bella canvas.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

THANK YOU RICK!!!!!  I agree, the reds are hands down the best discharge red we've got our hands on

I wanted to give an update.  We got a wholesale ink account through Fujifilm, which is definitely more affordable, but the ink we used to get through a local supplier for $65 a gallon is now around $160 a gallon, wholesale (not through any supplier).  The rise in price is due to a resin they use to formulate the ink suddenly becoming more rare.  For now we are gonna just eat the cost and pray the price goes back down, because we are very dependent on that specific ink (Red Blue Shade)

CCI:
If you want to try ours it retails at around $52 per gallon directly from us.
Its not listed directly on the website but we have matched TexCharge Red BS 153 for specific printers and we have it in stock
