I am spending most of my days at a desk. What type of chair are you guys using that works? Ive tried a ball and different chairs, but they really just suck..LOL

Standing desks are a meme but for real sitting all day is bad.

I have an electric desk that moves up and down with the push of a button so I go back and forth all day.

If I sit for 8-10 hours my back hurts no matter what chair or cushion I have tried.

My chair is just a high back chair from officemax pretty comfy, but I'm up and down all day anyway, the most I will sit is if I'm doing art them I still get up for breaks of sitting.

well i get up - i have a pullup bar here, pushups and situps throughout the day to move. But there are times where im sitting for about 2 hours answering emails and setting up stores and thats what sux..LOL
