How many reg marks are really needed?

Nation03:
3 is my go to. 2 at the top, 1 on bottom.

3Deep:
1 top 1 bottom and that's just to line the film up on screen, if I get my film lined up on my screens very close I can eyeball  the screens on the press since I've did so many years. The only reg I will print is the first color all other reggie's I tape up , can't bend under the press like I use to ;D
