Embroidered patch suppliers

Hey everyone, wondering if anyone has a heat seal embroidered patch supplier they like? We use Suntex and they're good, but want to explore my options. Looking for something midwest/east coast as we're in Virginia.  Be able to do merrow edges and all that.

We use HPI https://www.hpiemblem.com/hpidnn/Products/Patches which have an office near Seattle, but all patches are made overseas so I don't think it really makes a difference.

Looking at the pricing real quick, HPI looks less expensive than Suntex depending on what add ons are needed.

There are lesser cost options, the reason we use HPI is because they are easier to work with. 

If you are doing higher quantity orders then going direct off Alibaba will get you much lower prices, I've worked with both http://www.bestrims.com.hk/index.php and https://www.jcbasic.com, but for 100 - 200 patches they don't really care about, more like 1000+.  I met both of these sources at Magic Sourcing around 4 years back and have continued to do business with them.

Depending on time frame and quantity we use Arrow Emblem and AEF Emblem. Both companies have been very good to work with. Arrow is west coast and AEF is east coast.
