Online Sales Platform for Masks

We got a mini grant from our state gov't to stand up a web store for clients to order customized face coverings on.  Gotta use it up before year's end (Federal CARES funds).

Last I was on this topic, pre-covid, I had setup a Shopify partner account and assumed we would use Shopify+whatever plugin apps were needed to make our client's and our own projects run. 

Before I go down that road for this project- does anyone know of something a little more industry specific/turnkey available?   Doesn't need to be fancy, but must have quality connectivity to other apps/API for basic automation.
