Since I went to a trade show in Germany for garment decorating back in February, that was when traveling abroad was still OK, and speaking to a sales rep from Inpro Holland they are hustling my at least once a month to buy some screen cleaning equipment of them. All in a good way though. Fin ally they got me into submission and I`m very likely ready to purchase their new Combi-Eco screen rinse/developing unit. Generally a one module piece of equipment that can power wash your screen after applying ink degrader or have a more gentle screen developing setting or you use it as well at the most powerful setting to completely recycle your screen after it comes out of the dip tank. It blast the screen from both side so screen tension loss is kept at a minimum. I have seen their units in live in action and was pretty impressed. They got a history of 25 year making these kind of machines in Europe, very similar to Lotus Holland which is sold via Ryonet in the US. Now of course it does not automate the emulsion removal fully as it does not apply any chemicals but I feel it will help save a lot of time as the actual power wash step is automated and it keeps the whole work area more clean and of course it`s safer for the staff too. Besides we can ship it with our new ROQ press from Portugal. Plus a discount of almost $10,000 makes this a good deal if you ask me. If I had the cash I would probably get a 3 module unit that automates the whole process from start to finish but then space is as well tight. If any of you have some experience with automated screen cleaning systems I`m more then happy for any feedback
