Okay, my detractors would probably label me as a "snowflake" bound by "political correctness".
That helps explain the little pang of guilt I feel when time after time (especially over the last six months) when someone calls, and has an Indian accent, and asks to speak to the manager, I immediately find myself asking if they are offering digitizing and/or vectorization! Problem is, I'm batting 1000!

Oh yea. They are hitting us hard here. Emails and calls.   Thing is, I can’t get our owner to enable us to market in our own area. People don’t know who we are here....How are these people in India  finding us?  LOL.

The best part is that I get a recording emailed to me of the digitizer trying to get past the "receptionist".  It'll be funny to see what happens when they get the same receptionist at screen shops across the US.

I solved this by hiring an Indian guy.  He reinforces my pre-existing biases by also making fun of them.

I've done the same by hiring a Hispanic guy.  I can't be racist, I wouldn't have hired them if I was!

You guys just need to figure out how to game the whole system so you can make fun of different ethnicities.

We get more calls from what I can assume is China for digitizing.  The Indian accents we get are either embroidery or credit card processing.  It's all annoying.  Couple that with the election calls and texts and I am praying NASA miscalculated the trajectory of one those meteors and it in fact destroys the planet.
